I don't think the ARG nor Consortium provides any answers for that. ARG really says next to nothing about her. Consortium:

That first point says she is very important but nothing really explains why. I'm sure it is a main plot component in The Tower.

I agree, CONSORTIUM is a Trilogy... so some loose ends or unexplained events between chapters seem likely.

We just have to hope for The Tower to be developed and released. Then we are going to see the answer to that.

This may be unlikely, but as a matter of fact it happened in human reality. (see the chernobyl accident: it was a catastrophe with multiple triggers. BUT it might havent happened if someone more experienced would have been in the control chamber -> this of sorts could be Darsies place in the Plot ... maybe she is controlled by a crazy part of the king, maybe she is part of another group trying to take control, she could be another traveller between dimensions, who knows?)

I suspect she has some kind of connection to Schelter because a large chunk of the building is owned by Worldview.

They made it pretty clear The Tower was going to get made. It's just a matter of how long it takes them to make it and the scope of it. More money means they can make it faster and flesh out the Tower with more content.

I'm just going to throw this out there that there's enough letters for "seeker" and "Darsie." Here's a bunch of theories (left over chars at the end):
SEEKER MDAOTTINIRC
DARSIE EEMOTTINRC
DREAM EEOTTINIRSC
NICE DREAMS EOTTIR
NICE DREAMS TORE IT
NICE DREAM, STORE IT

It might be important that the characters appear backwards. Instead of top down, it might be better to look at it from the perspective of bottom up and reversed. From that prespective, there's a very clear ISTR and TION.

I consulted the BSP and it leaves no doubt to the solution:

But what does it mean? The conflict and Darsie are just covers for some grander scheme?
