All of the switches can be reached with super jumping and ledge grabbing. It's true that the two in the water are tricky because of the water and turrets. You don't need the FFS to get out of the water, though - you can ledge grab out of it with the center platform.

Send us a saved game that is ideally very close to where you crash. In other words, if you crash while getting into an elevator, say, then save your game near that elevator (the closest save sphere). Attach your saved game to a post here along with instructions on what needs doing to cause the crash.

Due to a driver incompatibility issue with the "Dream Warping", some folks can't see anything when shunted into Quantum Limbo at the end. They see a roughly oval shape. We're still working out what will be the final solution. Luckily, the facial animations and phonemes are basically one of the last things we need to do in producing this, so it's not holding anything back. Also, there's FAR less in-person dialog than C1.

Re: Continuity with Game One
So, there's been some changes to this for story and scope reasons, but continuity is still a super high priority. We're just...changing how Game One will continue for meta-fiction reasons. And this means we don't need to update the entirety of Zenlil for The Tower, which dramatically increases our a...

My never released Cavedog game "Amen: The Awakening" is the most direct inspiration - that game was 60% done when Cavedog fell apart, forcing the project's cancellation. Well the underworld games are dungeon crawlers, but there also immersive simulation games that were made by the same studio that went on to make Thief, System Shock, Deus Ex. Ford, this is certainly a good and valid question. The answer is a little complicated. Re: Expanded Simulation stretch goal...
Brilliant post, Historian. You assume a lot, though. ;-) I quite agree, removing the player triggered events is an interesting idea. Another example in those you listed is having to chat with the Queen to trigger either the Wade incident (if it hasn't been triggered yet) and/or Pawn 64 begging to ta...

Fixed that typo, thx Ford. Glad you're all sorted now. The details on that reward are sketchy at this point, because it's very design will be derived from backers collaborating and discussing ideas! We will literally make a special section of this forum that's only accessible to the folks who have t...

fanatictentacle: Your superbacker reward includes everything you pledged for on KS, regardless of the new tiers. So no, you don't need to pledge anymore to get what you previously pledged to get.

Re: All things Consortium
Yeah that wiki sprang up from our initial burst of public content in 2010. The content slowed after the first couple months, though, and the wiki has been sporadically updated since then. It would truly be awesome if it eventually turned into a comprehensive online lore encyclopedia of sorts (for st...

I completed a full playthrough of X-com 1, loved it, but---for some reason I haven't yet felt the urge to play the sequel. Not entirely sure why... re Witcher 3: Some impressive stats, Ford. :-) Yeah, I just love the pacing and variety in the game, it's really staggering. The world-building is also ...

Re: What games you've been playing?
When I actually have time to play games, I'm still making my way through The Witcher 3. Phenomenal game, across almost all categories. It is my personal 2015 Game of The Year but I'll probably still be making my way through it by the end of 2016, heh. For some reason, for this game, I'm feeling the ...

I'm just wondering if I have to back IMMEDIATELY to get the super backer, or if I can and not need all those funds in my bank account immediately, due to same thing as Kickstarter. Due to some purchases (primarily a few game things and some commissioned Artwork of an OC) the money that was going to...

Well, yes, Rook 25 challenges Knight 15 throughout the entire game. The things she says to the Knight would all be considered complete insubordination in a military org, but she's allowed to challenge the Knight in whatever way she sees fit. Technically, Consortium officers ARE supposed to follow or...
